Living Well with Rentwell Podcast
There is a famous quote that says you make your money when you buy real estate, and that’s true, for the most part. But you can’t keep that money and grow it unless you have exceptional property management skills.
Living Well with Rentwell is for anybody who owns real estate, and wants to learn how to manage their properties or manage their property manager. Listen each week as host Rob Coldwell and TJ Hock share their insight and talk to active investors to learn how they vet potential deals, how they evaluate the potential of new communities, and how they put into action the steps necessary to buy these new properties and multi-family communities!
Incorporating the “Living Well” aspect is where building the Rentwell community comes into play. There’s tremendous value in taking care of ourselves and taking care of others. How do you find the time and opportunity to invest, manage and develop real estate? It’s more than just money in development, spreadsheets, and leases. There is the other side of investing. Rob is a father. TJ is a father. Both are pulled in many different directions, and they realize you are too. That is why they are dedicated to this podcast and giving away their vision through this purposeful action.
