Rentwell GUARANTEES to cover pet damage up to $2,000 in exchange for keeping the pet rent. This new feature means that property owners are always protected if an unwanted accident occurs. With PetScreening.com, you’ll save yourself time and endless headaches by quickly finding trustworthy pet owners.

For a small charge of $15.00 per month, you can be included in our additional Pet Protection Package which extends the protection to a total of $4,000 total for the property.

PetScreening is a third-party service utilized by housing providers and property managers to screen household pets, validate reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals (Service/ESA/Companion) and confirm every resident understands their pet policies.
