Coatesville Refinance Project Overview

This refinance project included several unique elements. It involved two separate ownership groups, including silent partners, and one of the owners participated through an Opportunity Zone investment. The project spans three separate buildings:

  • 6-unit property
  • 10-unit property
  • 16-unit property

As part of the refinance process, a full environmental inspection was completed.
