Rentwell is a growing Property Management Firm who is seeking to add an experienced and energetic Administrative Assistance to our organization.
The Position:
You will be assisting our operations with various administrative duties, which includes but not limited to: customer and client relations, filing, data entry, answering telephones and various other administrative duties.
Required Qualifications:
- • Must enjoy working with people of all different backgrounds and
experiences - • Must have prior Administrative Experience (e.g. Answering Inquires,
Routing Mail, Handling Phone Calls, Filing, etc) - • Must be able to read and interpret rental statements
- • Must be proficient at a moderate level with all Microsoft Office
applications - • Must be proficient in working with PDF Files (Creating, Completing,
Parsing, etc...) - • Must be a quick learner
- • Must have own transportation
- • Successful completion of a criminal background check
- • Must be organized and pay attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
- • Prefer prior admin experience in a Real Estate or Property Management
Setting - • Prefer prior experience in using P.ropertyware or related Property
Management Software - • Prefer prior admin experience in A/P, A/R and data entry
- • Prefer prior experience is working with remote staff members
